Competitor/Exhibitor Numbers
Each combination will be allocated a exhibitor number that is applicable for the duration of the event. Each horse must wear a bridle or saddle number on each side of the bridle or saddle cloth.
This must be worn at all times. Competitors are to provide their own number holders.
Stable and Camping Information
2022 Stable and Camping information will be released closer to the event.

National Qualification Information
There are currently three pathways through which riders can qualify to represent Victoria at the National Championships:
- Equestrian Victoria Interschool State Championships in the March/April School Holidays
- VEIS Qualifier events held throughout the interschool season, and the VEIS Grand Final held in June
- Interschool Eventing – Qualification events are run as part of EV Official Horse Trial Events
