Dressage competitions usually involve the rider competing in two tests at the one level, with individual test placings and an overall Championship awarded. If a competition is run over two days, two levels may be ridden. Interschool Dressage runs in accordance with current EA Rules which were updated January 2024. The new dressage tests were effective as of January 2023 and are used at all interschool competitions.
Currently, Dressage has four National team placings at a number of primary and secondary levels, decided at the Equestrian Victoria State Championships and through the VEIS Series.
